Located in the surrounding countryside of the picturesque village of Santa Gertrudis, nestled in between the almond blossoms is the ultra modern Casa Maribel, the ultimate holiday hideaway with lots of space to enjoy a dip in the cooling pool or to laze on a balmy summer evening on one of the many bedroom balconies admiring the surrounding olive groves, and watching the sun go down. Casa Maribel sits in the countryside of Santa Gertrudis and is a gem of modern architecture, the open plan interior is set around an impressive marble stairway entrance, leading to a large lounge area, with oak wood floors and a raised TV area with adequate seating. There is a separate dining room seating ten with views out over the pool area. All Casa Maribels furnishings are of the highest quality and the aluminium kitchen with its marble central breakfast bar is proof of this. The main house kitchen has all the necessary appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cafeteria and toaster.

Upstairs each of the four bedrooms has a TV and a fabulous balcony area. All bedrooms are en suite with adequate shower and bath facilities. Extra special is the master bedroom, which has a walk in wardrobe, and a Jacuzzi bath raised so you can admire the views whilst relaxing. This room also has a walk in power shower to get the morning off to an exuberant start.

At the top of the stairs is a small seating area to take some time out, relax and read.

Attached to the kitchen is a facility area which includes a washing a machine and dryer.

Outside

The large swimming pool has an attached pool house with that much needed barbecue and bar area, there are adequate sunbeds and lots of space to soak up the rays. The neatly kept gardens are great for taking an outside stroll, and you can be sure that outside dining will be a must on the large oak table, again with spectacular view of the Ibizencan countryside.

Casa Maribel is so special that you probably wont want to leave, but if you do decide to collect provisions the local village shop is only 0.5km away, or the nearest town of San Rafael which harbours some of the islands most exclusive restaurants is a mere 10 minute drive. As Can Maribel is situated in the centre of the island you can easily reach all of Ibizas beautiful coves in around 20 minutes.

Apartment one SLEEPS X2

Is a separate “Casita” Small house, above the main house, and is adequate living space for X2 people in a large double bed. It has en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a living area and attached kitchenette with a double hob and cooker. It also includes a TV in the lounge and a small dining table seating X2.

Apartment two SLEEPS X2

Situated under the main house, this apartment also has a double bed or can have two single beds. It has a separate bath with attached shower, a lounge area with TV, a kitchenette with a double hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a small dining table seating 4 people.

Apartment three SLEEPS X2

This is situated under the pool area. This apartment has a small terrace area with table and chairs overlooking the surrounding countryside. It has one double bed or two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. As with the other apartments there is also a lounge area with TV, a small dining table seating four, and a kitchenette with microwave, double hob, oven and dishwasher.

The below prices are for the main house sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms and the "Casita" apartment sleeping 2, therefore the first column is the price for 10 people staying at the villa. Should you wish to use the two separate apartments under the house and pool sleeping two people in each there is an additional cost as stated below.
