A stunning contemporary villa
with infinity pool and spectacular sea views situated just 20 minutes from Ibiza
Town and close to the beaches of Cala Conta and Cala Bassa on the west coast.

Cala Conta The house has a large terrace, a new gas fuelled barbecue area, a
Moroccan styled gazebo 'chill out' area & a beautiful 'infinity' pool. It's
idyllic setting in which to swim & watch the beautiful sunsets and the house
is just a short drive of many beaches & is just a 10 minute drive to the
pretty village of San Jose (Sant Josep).
All rooms have an airy, bright & modern
feel and the windows all have solar reflective glass. The living area, kitchen & twin
bedrooms lead directly onto terraces. The living room is 'minimalist' decorated
with large modern furniture, a wide screen satellite television with surround
sound DVD and an incredible sea view.
The dining room is situated in a fabulous
oval shaped tower with a ceiling reaching the height of the house itself, creating
the perfect environment for the huge wrought iron chandelier & massive oval
iron & granite table. The modern & well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher,
microwave oven, oven, hob & stainless steel fridge/freezer. Adjacent to the
kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine.
There are three bedrooms. All
bed linen is provided. There are three bathrooms with towels provided. Air Conditioning
is also available as an optional EXTRA - please contact us for further details.
The
owner requests that all clients refrain from smoking inside the house.
