This 5 bedroom restored villa is spacious and airy and is set in its own grounds on the hillside above the valley of San Agustín. Sleeping up to 10 people it is located in a peaceful part of the countryside yet only 5 minutes walk to the village of San José, this is an ideal place for famillies and for people who want to have all the amenities of the village shops close by and not have to drive.

There are four twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with ample storage space and many rooms having fitted wardrobes. The first bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and the second a shower & WC en suite. There is also a large lounge area with original features and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen has been equipped with the British in mind, and as well as a dishwasher, large fridge, gas cooker and microwave the owners have also added a toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

Outside there is a gravel driveway and the villa is walled on all sides. The swimming pool is lit at night and is 9m x 10m with terraces and sunbeds. There is also a barbeque area here and outside dining. A washing machine is also provided and especially handy of you have children or babies whose clothes just will not last for a week.

The owner also provides a maid service three times a week (unless requested otherwise) and air conditioning is fitted and available as an optional extra.

We think that the price of this villa offers real value for money as it has all the space and facilities for a perfect villa holiday, as well as an excellent location for the village and for reaching the beaches and resorts by car.
