This rustic farmhouse style villa is a home to the owners for a large part of the year and so has a lovely, homely feel, situated on the hillside above Cala d'Hort. Sleeping 10 people in this large house is only 20 minutes from Ibiza Town and 15 minutes from San Antonio but close to the resort and beach of Cala Vadella.

The villa has 5 bedrooms - 3 of the bedrooms have double beds which can be converted to twin beds (two with en suite bathroom), there is 1 double bedroom with en suite and a twin bedroom. There is also a further bathroom with shower, bath and WC. The kitchen has a cooker with hob, early and late season Aga cooker, large fridge/freezer, drinks' fridge, microwave, washing machine in laundry room and dishwasher. Kitchen table and 6 chairs.

The lounge/dining room is 30ft and has two sofas and one armchair, a dining table and 6 chairs and sideboard. TV room with 2 large sofas, bench seating, armchair and stool. Satellite TV, DVD and video player and CD player. This leads onto a large westerly facing terrace with stunning sea views and sunset views.

The two acre terraced garden has wood and pathways and is dominated by the private swimming pool, approx. 11x5m with large surrounding patio with sunbeds, tables and chairs and 2 large parasols. Leading from the pool area is a large covered BBQ area with charcoal chimney BBQ and bar area with tables and banquette seating. A table and chairs are provided in the woods, plus hammocks. There is a side terrace on the south side of the villa with a table and chairs.

The villa also has a tennis court, petanque court and table tennis. It is extremely well cared for and looked after and the owners welcome families and groups who are looking for a relaxing home from home holiday.
