This house is set in a peaceful location, 2km from all the nighlife, restaurants and bars of San Antonio. During the day you can relax and chill out around your own private pool area, or take some shade under the gazebo or whilst lounging in the poolside hammock.

This fully equipped villa is tastefully furnished, with a large outside terrace area around the central feature of the pool. There is an essential BBQ area for outdoor dining, and you can take breakfast on the terrace.

The house sleeps a maximum of 7 people. in the following layout.

There is one master bedroom with a double bed, 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds, and one small bedroom with a single bed. All of the bedrooms are modern and have adequate storage facilities. There are two bathrooms, one has a bath and shower facility and the other has a shower enclosure.

The living room has satellite TV with some UK channels available, a DVD and stereo are also installed for your use.There is a separate dining area seating 7. The house is air conditioned, and a washing machine is available for use.

This house would be ideal for a family or group who want to hire a car and be close to the islands fine beaches and restaurants but in a rural location.

A deposit of 500euros is required on arrival. This will be refunded on departure once the villa has been checked.
