Our policy
On reserving your villa we will send you a booking form. We require you to complete this in order to process your booking. This contains your full name, address, email, telephone number, arrival details and method of payment. TravelShop Group will use this information to contact you prior to your arrival with updates and information which relate directly to your booking.
We will not share your information with third parties without your permission or where a third party is providing a service with regards to your holiday, and where the third party agrees to keep your information confidential. We will use your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. TravelShop Group takes every step to ensure that your details are safe and secure and our offices are all security protected.
Special Offers & Newsletters
On occasion we will use these details to provide special offer information. You may request to be taken off our contact list at any time and we will no longer provide you with information on opportunities we have, but we will always be able to email you with information regarding your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you do not concur with any part of this agreement, or have any other dispute or claim with or against TravelShop Group with respect to this agreement or the service then you must advise us immediately. We will not be held liable even if a supplier, representative or third party has advised of the possibility or promise of such recompense, compensation or damages.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and customers accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts to rule on any disputes.
