PASTIS - IBIZA TOWN A brand new favourite as they looked after us so well and served us such delicious food. A gorgeous bistro setting with newpapers on the ceiling, chic pictures on the walls and a Parisian backstreet ambience. Just off the Plaza del Parque look out for the fairy lights hanging over the door and the French-cool waiters who are only too willing to help. This place is now on our top ten list of hangouts but still seems largely undiscovered.
